Of course, with many of us now working in a hybrid scenario – and in the case of some companies, fully remote – this becomes a lot harder to do. With our home and work lives often inhabiting the same space, it’s extra important that you close the door on your office at the end of the day, or make sure that you put your laptop away.

This is of course easier said than done, and training your sleep patterns can take time and commitment.
However, if you can start going to bed a little earlier, you’ll be able to get in a few extra hours and still wake up at your normal time. Getting more sleep has been shown to reduce stress and improve your emotional and mental health.
Reduce Your Caffeine Intake
Cutting back on caffeine might seem stressful in and of itself, after all, many of us rely on coffee to keep us going.
However, too much can increase your stress levels. We aren’t saying that you need to cut coffee out entirely, but make sure to consume your caffeine in moderation.
