Celebrate you birthday with balloons & gifts from Moonpig

We are huge fans of Moonpig for cards and beautiful flowers. My children especially love receiving those special thoughtful personalised cards full of pictures and memories. I feel it makes such a difference to receive a card that so much thought has gone into preparing it. Even more so if you don’t get to see the person that you are sending it to as much as you would like.

My youngest little girl and her best friends turned 7 this year but due to lockdown did not have the opportunity to see each other. We decided to make a special effort and make a personalised Moonpig card for her and she was so delighted. Also whilst choosing this card I discovered a whole section of gifts from Moonpig that along with your card can be ordered online and sent. I wasn’t quite sure if there would be anything of interest to a 7 year old girl but there was actually lots. I ended up choosing a ‘Make your own glittered unicorn kit’ that she was delighted with. It is quite special receiving something through the post when you are a child. Such a treat.

Last month I got the opportunity to work with MoonPig to help celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday. Regardless of the fact that I had just the month earlier  ordered a gift from there for my daughter’s friend. I was still unsure if there would be anything to suit my adventure seeking husband. There was no need to be worried. As confirmed previously there is absolutely something to suit everyone.

Gifts from Moonpig

You may not realise this (I didn’t) but Moonpig offer experience gifts. Which I always think is a good gift for the man/woman with everything. Now we are parents we definitely value time and experiences more than material gifts. Making memories with our children or a rare time alone as a couple is so important to us. Moonpig offer a few different experience packets with various prices. I chose the Mega Experience Choice for Him Gift Experience which you can use for many difference options including lots of car driving experiences. For my petrol head husband this  is like a dream come true. There are lots of different venues throughout the UK. Such a great gift for anyone who wants to make the most our of life.

We also have received some more lovely little gifts from Moonpig, including a ‘Pub in a box” which is really fun. The box consists of 4 different cans of Signature beer, a branded beer glass, a drink mat and a pub quiz. We had lots of fun with this(we didn’t do very well on the quiz!). A lovely gift especially if you have children and struggle to find babysitters, it is an ideal way to celebrate at home. Along side this we received ‘A Question of Sports Trivia’ board game which again, we were all pretty rubbish at but lots of fun and a family game that will be no doubt make an appearance every Christmas.

Helium Balloons from Moonpig

The biggest surprise from Moonpig is that you can buy large helium party balloons from them. My children love balloons but I struggle to get them as a surprise as I generally always have a child with me. Moonpig is perfect, you can order whatever design you require online. Then get them delivered direct to your home. They arrive in a huge white box allowing you keep them hidden from prying eyes. I definitely will be using their balloon service from now on.
