Another week all done – time is whizzing by (I think I may say this every week!). Here is what has made me happy:
- I had another midwife appointment so it was nice to hear my baby’s heartbeat – I am seriously feeling huge at the moment and still have 10 weeks to go!
- It was National Poetry day on Thursday and Meme read a poem out in class – she was very nervous speaking in front of the whole class so I gave her some valuable advice (which maybe I need to take notice of a little more) – when you are feeling a little shy all you need to do is put your invisible ‘confident hat’ on – simple! Anyway, she was fine and I was mighty proud!
- Harri had her first preschool friend’s party on Sunday – we are so used to Meme coming home with lots of party invites, it was finally my Harri’s turn! We had a lovely time and we met a few people who will be starting school with her next year which is good. Although, seriously, I can’t even begin to think about my Harri in school.
- My lovely husband got home nice and early on Friday evening which is always a bonus and he also returned home from a business trip last weekend with a bottle of my favourite perfume!! He is definitely a keeper!
So that’s my week, Meme has a school friend’s party tomorrow (it really is every weekend at the moment!) but that’s about all, which leaves us with the rest of the weekend free to do whatever takes our fancy!
What has made you happy this week?
